The Council is committed to safeguarding the privacy of its website visitors and this Policy sets out how it will treat your personal information.

  1. What information does the Council collect?

a)      Information that you choose to send the Council.

The Council will store all the personal information you provide on our secure, password and firewall protected servers.  Data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure and the Council cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.

The Council may update the Privacy Policy from time to time and will post the new version on the website.

You may under the Data Protection laws, instruct the Council to provide you with any personal information that it holds about you.

The website contains links to other websites.  The Council is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of third party websites.

Please contact the Council to correct or update any information about you.  The Council is not responsible for updating your information unless it is formally sent to us through by using the Contact Form.
