BM(10)Bucknell’s Meadow has a full-sized ‘casual’  football pitch,  an extensive young children’s play area,  and an outdoor gym  for all ages from 10+.   The installation of a new all-weather ball play area with a multi-sport goal end has now been completed and is available for use.

Nearby, next to Mapledurham Lock, the Council has also installed three Boules or Petanque courts or pistes.  These are available without booking for casual Boules play, and there is also a club which plays usually on Saturday mornings – see Organisations and Activities.
